I am a graduate of Madison School of Massage Therapy in Madison, Alabama.  In addition to being an LMT, I also received my BS degree in Education from the University of North Alabama.  I spent about 18 years working as a nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician for an independent pharmacy.  I am a nurturer.....helping others is my passion!  It took a few years to find my specific passion, but no doubt, I found it when I became a massage therapist.  There are many aspects to massage therapy, but the greatest reward is being able to assist in the healing process of others....whether that be helping to heal the body, mind or spirit!

I am a life long resident of the Shoals area.  I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2020. I studied Massage therapy at Blue Water Institute for Massage Therapy, Killen, Alabama.  I spent many years working a factory job until I discovered my true passion of helping others.  It is so rewarding to play a small part of helping others heal - physically, mentally & emotionally.  When not working,you will most likely find me enjoying time with my children, grandchildern and mom - my family means the world to me.
